Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout with your order details.

Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders received before 3:00 PM EST ship the same business day if the product is in stock. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST typically ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday unless prior arrangements are made.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on location, carrier, and product availability. Any transit time provided is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Do you offer free shipping?

Do you offer financing?

Returns
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns for products that are defective due to manufacturing or workmanship issues within 30 days from the date of purchase.
What if I received the wrong product?
If a fulfillment mistake results in an incorrect product being shipped, we will accept the return within 10 days from the date of purchase.
Are there restocking fees?
Returns that are not due to defects or fulfillment errors are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee plus the actual cost of shipping.
What condition must returns be in?
All returned products must be in original packaging and in new, unused, and resellable condition.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If free shipping was applied to the original order, the actual cost of shipping will still be deducted from the return.
