Refund policy

At MAK Performance, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review the information below to understand how returns are handled.

Defective Products

We gladly accept returns for products that are defective due to manufacturing defects or workmanship issues. These returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If a product is confirmed to be defective, MAK Performance will provide instructions for return and resolution.

Fulfillment Errors

If we make a fulfillment mistake and ship an incorrect product, we will accept the return within 10 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us as soon as the issue is discovered so we can correct it quickly.

Non Defective Returns

Returns that are not related to defects or fulfillment errors are subject to the following conditions.

A 20 percent restocking fee will apply
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs
The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund even if free shipping was applied

All products must be returned in original packaging and in new, unused, and resellable condition. Items that show signs of use, installation, or damage may be denied a return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If free shipping was included on the original order, the actual cost of shipping will still be deducted from the refund.

Return Authorization

All returns require approval before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

To request a return, please contact MAK Performance with your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide next steps once the request is reviewed.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non Returnable Items
