At MAK Performance, we work hard to process and ship orders quickly and accurately. Please review the details below to understand how shipping is handled.
Order Processing Time
Most orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will ship the same business day, provided the item is in stock. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST typically ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday unless prior arrangements have been made.
Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates
Orders totaling $99.99 or more qualify for free shipping, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders below $99.99 ship for a flat rate of $20.
Shipping rates apply to standard shipping only and may vary for oversized, heavy, or special order items when applicable.
Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates
Shipping and transit times vary depending on location, carrier, and product availability. Any delivery timeframe provided by MAK Performance or a carrier is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
We recommend placing orders early if parts are needed by a specific date. MAK Performance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Free Shipping Details
When free shipping applies, MAK Performance covers the cost of shipping to the customer. Free shipping is only valid when explicitly stated or when the order total meets the minimum requirement.
If an order that qualified for free shipping is returned, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer or supplier. Packaging and delivery times may vary in these cases.
Certain items may require additional shipping charges due to size, weight, or destination. Any additional charges will be shown at checkout or communicated prior to shipment.
Incorrect Address Information
