Steeda's Steering Rack Stop and Clamp Kit for the S550 Mustang properly limits turning radius so that larger front tires won't contact the inner wheel liners during a hard turn. They also prevent the tires from going past center which can cause the steering wheel to lock during tight maneuvers.
With this kits convenient design you do not have to unscrew the tie rod end from the steering rack to add spacers, making install and adjustments an easy procedure and eliminating having to realign the front suspension. The provided worm screw clamps do not require an OE type crimp tool to install and are reusable unlike the OE one time use clamps that also require tie rod removal to install.
