The UPR Plug N Play™ Dual Valve Catch Can with Clean Side Catch Can system is the perfect fit for your new 2021-24 F150 2.7L ! (DOES NOT FIT Hybrid/Powerboost, or 24+ 3.5L) By adding a second vacuum source, the UPR Dual Valve Catch Can system enhances the performance of the PCV system throughout the RPM range.
The Dual Valve catch can will not only separate oil mist and combustion byproducts during low speed driving and idle (when there is manifold vacuum present) , it will also allow circulation and crankcase evacuation when under BOOST. The UPR Clean Side Catch Can option goes a step further by reducing oil intrusion into the intercooler and air box.
This is a No Drill install! Easy to service with UPR's Billet bracket technology and Plug N Play™ quick release factory style fittings. You can remove this kit to return the vehicle back to stock if needed. This new patented design is the most advanced Internal function from coalescing to condensing every aspect was engineered properly. It cannot be compared or confused with units that have side by inlets and outlets with ineffective flimsy honeycomb filters or air compressor filters to keep the cost down and never take into account how critical the separation process is. At UPR make sure that this feature and process of the catch cans performance is protected with the best diffuser systems available. UPR's Patented Multi-chamber diffuser technology is featured in every UPR catch can to capture and filter all the oil vapor and trash from getting into your air intake tract. This is the most critical feature of any catch can system.
This kit also has the option to add the CSCC for the Driver side of the PCV system. The CSCC makes sure you are fully protected at both ends of the PCV system. (Great protection and ideal for all driving situations) Manufactured from Domestic T-6 6061 Aluminum bar stock and finished off using only the best Diamond cutters to exceed your expectations of what a superior product should fit and look like.

Optional Parts:
UPR Billet One-Way Valve Cover Breather:
These are Valve Cover Breathers with a one-way valve inside of it. These are designed to allow excess/positive crankcase pressure to exit through the breather when in boost. Then it closes to return to vacuum while driving to prevent un-metered air from entering to maintain perfect drivability. These are also ideal for vehicles in very cold or freezing weather as it allows crankcase pressure to escape until condensation or frozen condensation in the PCV hoses melts or thaws. This is a must to ensure maximum engine seal life.
UPR Billet Pro Series Check Valves:
These are larger higher flowing check valves than the standard check valve. It will increase the vacuum through the catch can and deliver better crankcase evacuation. The improved crankcase evacuation translates to increased MPG and more responsive low speed drivability. The arrow printed on the check valve will always need to face away from the catch can. There is no down side to having a check valve in a Naturally Aspirated (NA) application, and a check valve in required in boosted applications. The larger, higher flowing Pro Series Check Valve also has a hex nut on the body so you can disassemble it for inspection and cleaning.
SS Magnetic Drain Plug:
The Stainless Steel magnetic drain plug would replace the drain plug on the bottom of the catch can with an allen head plug that has a magnet embedded into it. It will attract any ferrous metal material to it so the user can inspect it. If you select this option you can not also use the Drain Line kit below.
Drain Line Kit:
The drain line kit includes a drain valve, hose and fittings needed to install the drain valve. It allows the user to relocate the drain somewhere easier to access like the wheel well opening or bumper area. If you select this option you can not also use the Magnetic Drain Plug.
Choose either the stainless steel magnetic drain plug or the UPR drain line kit, you would not need both.
Replacement O-Rings:
Spare O-rings for the catch can cup. If the O-ring is lost, torn or if it's just time to replace it due to wear it's a good idea to have a couple of spares in the glove box. 5030 is the main dirty side catch can or 5024 is the upgraded Mega can and 5049 is the clean side catch can.
